Our products have a shelf life of up to 1-2 years. Our products are made of all-natural ingredients, so please discard after that timeframe.

Much like regular butter, the butters in our ingredients such as shea, mango, and kokum butter are heat sensitive. In temperatures above 70 degrees, it is possible for whipped body butters to melt if left in the mailbox or while in transit. In effort to prevent this from happening, we freeze the body butters for 24 hours prior to shipping. There is also an additional drop-down option for each product to choose insulated/thermal shipping that includes an extra charge of $4.00 to try to decrease those chances of melting, but things do happen sometimes. Unfortunately, we don't have much control over the temperatures that our products are exposed to once they've shipped. Therefore, we can't promise that they won't melt between when they are shipped and when they arrive at your door. If you happen to receive your product melted, just place it in the fridge/freezer until it re-hardens. It may look like you've lost product, however it's just the air has gone and it is no longer fluffy, but you are still able to use your product as normal. If unusable, e-mail our customer service at valencidesigns@onmail.com and send your order number with a picture of your melted product so we may assess the damages and come up with a solution.

Any orders that do not have the correct address or has an incomplete address, will be canceled and refunded. Please re-place your order with the full and correct address to ensure a smoother shipping experience. *Note* Refunds may take up to 5-7 business to show in your account depending on financial institution.

We implement an additional charge for insulated or thermal packaging to ensure the safe delivery of our products, particularly during warmer seasons or to destinations with high temperatures. Our products, such as whipped body butter and whipped foaming soap, are sensitive to heat and may melt if exposed to high temperatures during transit.

To safeguard the quality and integrity of our products, we invest in extra shipping supplies, such as thermal bubble mailers and ice packs, which help regulate the temperature and prevent melting during transportation. Additionally, the added weight of these packaging materials incurs extra shipping costs.
